2025 Marton L. Carroll Guitar Grant Winner - Daniel Bocsi

Congratulations to Daniel Bocsi, winner of this year’s Marton L. Carroll Guitar Grant! Daniel is an undergraduate student of W Mark Akin at Washington University. With this award, our grantee was gifted a concert-quality instrument made by esteemed local luthier Keith Adams, funded by Marton L. Carroll.

Daniel, along with his teacher, visited Keith Adams studio this past weekend to try out guitars and ultimately choose his new instrument to take home.

Bravo to Daniel! We are excited to see you perform more concerts in the St. Louis area, including participating in chamber music at WashU!
